Privacy

The Victorian Cleantech Cluster Inc. (VCC) is an incorporated association registered under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (VIC). VCC is covered by the provisions of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (VIC).

VCC collects personal information from members, including name, address and other contact details. Personal information provided by members is only used to conduct the principal activities of the VCC as set out in this Statement, and is treated as confidential. Information requested for payment of membership dues is provided only to the relevant financial institutions.

In respect of commercial or marketing activities, individual member information is only provided to third parties with the consent of a member, or to verify VCC membership where the member has approached that third party.

Members wishing to access more information about the way VCC manages personal information and request for access, or wishing to make a complaint in relation to breach of privacy may e-mail admin@victoriancleantech.org.au

The Victorian Cleantech Cluster acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we live and work, and we pay our respects to indigenous Elders past, present and emerging.
